MAC INTERIOR SPECIALISTS - LAVATORY UPGRADES 

MAC Interiors were approached to design and present a lavatory upgrade program for one of the largest carrier in Russia for international routes, operating scheduled and charter flights to more than 70 domestic and international destinations.

 We created a number of concept sketches and visuals for Boeing 767/ 200 /300 for the lavatory upgrades to present to Transaero. MAC was then selected from a short list of EU based interior suppliers.

The contract was for 11 sets of lavatories over 3 years with options to add several more and includes ongoing development of the lavatory with a new version being supplied to Transaero.

The lavatory upgrade kits are manufactured and refurbished in house.

Mac also undertook a similar program with First choice on their 767 fleet. The MRO integrator was based in the Middle East. Our technicians fitted the kits to the aircrafts whilst training the MRO Engineers at the same time. This has enabled them to fit the kits into the subsequent aircraft.

In addition to the lavatory upgrades, MAC Interiors provided a unique display unit with a glass front and shelving to display their duty free products.   A concealed compartment with a lockable wardrobe for use by the crew opens up behind the display area.
