Design Engineering
MAC Interiors experienced and skilled team are able to undertake all aircraft design requirements, from simple metal structures or complete composite cabin components to monogrammed hand-stitched leather trims. Whatever is needed to transform an interior environment, MAC Aircraft Interior Specialists can create it.

The designers and engineers use the most sophisticated technology and renowned design software, such as Inventor and Catia. Emphasis is always placed on flexibility at the early stages to allow customers to make amendments with minimal impact on time and cost. This ensures that concepts are moved on to the next stage in development with full agreement from all parties, maximising the efficiency of the project at all times.

There are always many challenges to overcome within the design and manufacture of aircraft interiors due to the confines of the industry and the stringent approvals processes. Environmental and commercial constraints also mean that all products must be designed to be lightweight, easy to install and maintain, and recyclable wherever possible.

MAC Interiors work closely with external design consultancies, MROs, OEMs, owners, and airlines to develop stylish yet practical blueprints which enable corporate, commercial and rotor aircraft to be completed to exceptional standards.
